New parenting program shows promise for moms in recovery

This study looked at whether a short, video-based parenting program called THRIVE could work for mothers with substance use disorder who are getting care at a special clinic. Nine mothers took part to see if the program was easy to use and helpful. The goal was to gather information to plan a larger future study.
