Summary
This study is testing whether a 10-week parenting support program can improve health outcomes for young children from low-income Latino families. Researchers will enroll 260 infants and their mothers to compare the parenting program against a book-sharing control group. They will measure effects on common childhood illnesses, sleep patterns, body weight, and inflammation over 15 months.
