Can better bonding stop colds and obesity in babies?
NCT ID NCT06002685
Summary
This study is testing whether a 10-week parenting support program can help prevent common health problems in low-income Latino infants. Researchers will enroll 260 mothers and their 9-month-old babies to compare the parenting program against a book-sharing program. They will track the children's health for 15 months, looking at rates of illness, weight gain, and sleep quality.
