Summary
This study looks at a new way of providing well-child checkups for Black families. Instead of relying only on a doctor, a community health worker (called a Parent's Coach) helps with preventive care, screenings, and connecting families to resources. The goal is to see if this approach improves care and reduces emergency room visits compared to the usual method.
