New toolkit aims to ease pain communication for Alzheimer's caregivers

Summary
This study tests a training program called PICT for family caregivers of people with Alzheimer's or related dementias. The program teaches caregivers how to notice pain signs and talk about them with doctors. About 440 caregivers will take part to see if the training improves pain recognition and communication.
