First seen Feb 25, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study tests three different nerve block methods to manage pain after shoulder arthroscopy. The goal is to find a technique that works well but avoids the common side effect of breathing problems. About 120 adults having shoulder surgery will be randomly assigned to one of the three blocks, and their pain and lung function will be measured for 24 hours after surgery.
