Summary
This study looked at 110 adults having chest surgery to see which pain-blocking method works best. People were randomly given one of two ultrasound-guided nerve blocks or a standard pain pump. The goal was to measure pain levels and how much extra pain medicine was needed in the first 48 hours after surgery.
