New study tests better pain control after chest surgery

Summary
This study compared two types of nerve blocks (ESPB and SPSIPB) to standard pain medicine for people having chest surgery with small incisions. 110 adults took part to see which method worked best for pain in the first two days after surgery. The goal was to find a way to reduce pain and the need for strong painkillers.
