Summary

This study tests two medications placed inside the tooth during root canal treatment to see which one reduces pain better between visits. 220 patients with infected teeth will receive either Chlorhexidine gel or Nitrofurantoin paste. Pain levels are measured before treatment and at 24 and 48 hours after. The goal is to help dentists choose the best option for patient comfort.
