First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study tested whether teaching people with chronic low back pain about the biology of pain (instead of just spinal anatomy) could reduce their disability. 88 adults with long-term back pain took part. The goal was to see if this approach, combined with rehab, works better than standard education.
