New combo of nerve blocks cuts pain after cancer surgery

Summary

This study looked at 94 women having major surgery for gynecologic cancers. It compared standard pain relief (TAP block) against two combinations of nerve blocks to see which provided better pain control. The goal was to find the best way to reduce pain and the need for strong painkillers after surgery.
