New study aims to find best pain relief for belly surgery patients

Summary
This study compares two types of nerve blocks (M-TAPA and RSB) to see which works better for pain after abdominal surgery. Sixty adults having surgery through a midline belly cut will be enrolled. The goal is to find which method reduces pain and the need for extra pain medicine.
