First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study aimed to find out how many people experience short-term and long-term pain after a specific type of heart surgery called hybrid arrhythmia ablation. Researchers contacted patients who had the surgery at least three months earlier and asked them to fill out a survey about their pain and pain treatments. The goal was to identify factors that might be linked to chronic pain after this procedure.
