New drug cocktail aims to shrink ovarian tumors in recurrent cancer

NCT ID NCT05231122

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding an experimental drug (CDX-1140) to a standard immunotherapy combo (pembrolizumab and bevacizumab) can shrink tumors in people with ovarian cancer that has returned. About 80 adults with recurrent ovarian, fallopian tube, or peritoneal cancer will receive either the two-drug or three-drug combination. The goal is to see if the triple therapy improves response rates and prolongs survival.
