Summary
This study aims to understand how chemotherapy given before surgery for advanced ovarian cancer affects thinking skills like memory and attention. Researchers will enroll 18 adults recently diagnosed with ovarian cancer who are scheduled to receive standard chemo drugs (carboplatin and paclitaxel). Participants will take simple cognitive tests over about 10 months to track any changes in brain function.
