Summary
This study aimed to understand if people's knowledge about oral health affects the health of their gums. Researchers examined 108 healthy Turkish adults, testing their dental knowledge and checking their gums for signs of disease. The goal was to see if lower health literacy is connected to poorer gum health, which could help shape future public health education.
