Summary
This study looked at 166 older adults (65+) on hemodialysis to compare three types of vascular access: fistulas, grafts, and catheters. The goal was to see which one causes fewer complications and needs fewer procedures. The results will help doctors choose the best option for each patient, improving care and lowering costs.
