New combo shows promise against tough breast cancer

Summary
This study tests a new drug called onvansertib combined with standard chemotherapy (paclitaxel) in people with triple-negative breast cancer that has spread to other parts of the body. About 50 adults with advanced disease are participating to see if the combination is safe and can shrink tumors. The goal is to control the cancer, not to cure it.
