First seen Jan 03, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study tests a culturally and language-adapted internet-based therapy (i-CBT) for Farsi/Dari-speaking migrants and refugees aged 15-29 who have symptoms of anxiety, depression, grief, or trauma. Participants will receive the therapy over 6-10 weeks, and researchers will compare their progress to a control group. The goal is to see if this tailored online approach can reduce common mental health symptoms in this population.
