Summary
This study aimed to create online mindfulness and lifestyle education programs for adults aged 50+ who have memory concerns but normal thinking skills. Participants joined focus groups to share their views on healthy living and web-based programs. Their feedback helped refine the programs for future testing. No treatment or cure was tested.
