Summary
This study aims to gather information on a specialized surgical technique for advanced or returning gynecologic cancers. Researchers will look back at past patient records and follow new patients to see how well they survive and recover after surgeons remove tumors that have grown into major blood vessels and then rebuild those vessels. The goal is to understand the safety and long-term outcomes of this complex procedure.
