Doctors track High-Stakes surgery for tough gynecologic cancers

Summary
This study aims to gather information on the safety and effectiveness of a complex surgery for advanced or recurring gynecologic cancers that have spread to major blood vessels. It will look back at past patient records and follow new patients to see how they fare in terms of survival, complications, and quality of life. The goal is to better understand if and when this aggressive surgical approach is beneficial.
