Summary
This study tested whether daily omega-3 supplements (fish oil) can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression while improving memory and sleep in 64 Saudi adults who were feeling highly stressed. Participants took either omega-3 capsules or a placebo for three months. Results showed that those taking omega-3 reported less stress, anxiety, and depression, plus better sleep and memory, compared to the placebo group.
