Summary

This study tests whether olanzapine, a drug that affects brain chemicals, can help people with advanced cancer who are losing weight and appetite. About 66 adults with certain cancers (like lung, stomach, or colon) will receive either olanzapine or a placebo. The goal is to see if olanzapine helps them gain weight and feel better.
