Summary

This study tests a new drug called RR-HNK to see if it can safely reduce OCD symptoms. About 45 adults with OCD who haven't been helped by standard treatments will receive either the drug or a placebo. The goal is to measure changes in obsessions and compulsions using a standard scale.
