First seen Nov 05, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study looked at whether measuring brain inflammation with scans and blood tests could predict how much people with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) would benefit from adding the anti-inflammatory drug celecoxib to their current medication. The goal was to see if a personalized approach could improve OCD symptoms. The study was suspended and enrolled 21 adults aged 18-55 with ongoing OCD symptoms despite treatment.
