Summary
This study looks at whether measuring inflammation in the brain and blood can predict how much people with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) will benefit from adding the anti-inflammatory drug celecoxib to their current medication. The goal is to see if a personalized approach can improve OCD symptoms. The study was planned for 21 adults aged 18-55 with ongoing OCD symptoms despite treatment, but it is currently suspended.
