Summary
This study looked at whether a special diet with L-citrulline supplements plus a lung rehab program could help people who had COVID-19 feel better. 43 adults aged 40-80 who had recovered from COVID took part. The goal was to see if this approach improved blood vessel health, body composition, and physical abilities compared to standard care alone.
