Inclusion Criteria: * (1) being a full-time student in the first year of the nursing program; (2) being capable to communicate in Cantonese; (3) providing voluntary written informed consent to participate in the study. Exclusion Criteria: * (1) having prior work experience in a dedicated aged care setting (e.g., as a nursing assistant in a nursing home); (2) having a planned absence during the intervention period that would cause them to miss more than two sessions of the program.
