NCT ID NCT07689734
First seen Jul 08, 2026 · Last updated Jul 09, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether a 12-hour community practice program, based on the PERMA model of well-being, can increase nursing students' career motivation and willingness to work with underprivileged older adults. About 312 first-year nursing students will take part, with some receiving the program immediately and others later. The goal is to see if hands-on experience and reflection can encourage more nurses to pursue gerontological nursing.
