Summary
This study looks at the best ways to teach cooking and food skills to adults. Researchers want to see if cooking classes can help lower stress, improve diet, and reduce food waste. About 180 adults aged 18 and older who can attend in-person classes will take part. Participants will track their food waste before and after the classes.
