Cooking classes may cut stress and food waste, new study hopes to prove

Summary
This study looks at whether teaching adults cooking and food skills can lower stress, reduce food waste, and improve their diet. About 180 adults aged 18 and older who can attend in-person classes will take part. Researchers will measure food waste before and after the classes to see if there is a change.
