First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study aims to develop a noninvasive way to detect blood vessel changes in the lungs of people with Group 3 pulmonary hypertension (PH) using a special MRI technique. Researchers will compare MRI scans with lung tissue from 30 patients awaiting lung transplants. The goal is to create a signature that could help identify which patients might benefit from PH-specific treatments.
