First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study aims to find protein markers in urine and blood that can help doctors identify different types of kidney cancer without needing a tissue biopsy. Researchers will analyze stored urine samples and collect blood from 300 patients before and after kidney surgery. The goal is to create a noninvasive test that can classify kidney cancer subtypes and predict the risk of cancer spread after surgery.
