Could some breast cancer patients safely skip surgery?

Summary
This study is testing whether some patients with early-stage breast cancer who have an exceptional response to chemotherapy can safely avoid surgery. It aims to see if a non-surgical approach leads to similar cancer control as the standard surgery. The trial will enroll 84 patients with HER2-positive or triple-negative breast cancer.
