Summary
This study tested three non-drug therapies—cognitive training, reminiscence therapy, and a personalized program—in 640 people with mild to moderate Alzheimer's. The goal was to see if these approaches could slow the progression to severe dementia. Participants were over 50 and not living in a care home. The study measured changes in thinking, daily function, mood, and quality of life.
