First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study measured the amount of common blood thinners (dabigatran, apixaban, and rivaroxaban) in the blood of 308 Chinese adults with atrial fibrillation who had been taking the medication for at least 3 months. The goal was to establish normal reference ranges for these drugs in this specific ethnic group, which can help doctors better monitor and adjust treatment. Participants had their blood tested before and after taking their medication.
