Summary
This study tested a new service that lets parents call for medical help at night and get medicine delivered to their home. The goal was to see if this approach could safely treat common childhood illnesses like pneumonia and diarrhea before they become emergencies. Over 1,200 children in three communities in Ghana took part, and researchers checked how well doctors followed treatment guidelines.
