Summary
This study tested a new service that lets parents call for medical help at night and get medicine delivered to their home for their sick children. Over 1,200 children with common illnesses like pneumonia, diarrhea, or malaria took part in three communities in Ghana. The goal was to see if the service is safe, practical, and can be expanded to help more families get care before emergencies happen.
