Can a daily supplement help control blood sugar?

Summary
This study tests a supplement called Nextida GC-B in 60 adults with normal blood sugar or prediabetes. The goal is to see if it improves blood sugar control after meals over 90 days compared to a placebo. Participants will take the supplement daily and have their blood sugar levels monitored.
