Summary
This study is testing whether a supplement called Nextida GC-B can help control blood sugar levels after meals. It will involve 60 adults who have either normal blood sugar or slightly elevated levels (prediabetes). Participants will take either the supplement or a placebo daily for 90 days while researchers measure changes in their glucose response, weight, and other health markers.
