Summary
This study tests a supplement called Nextida GC-B to see if it helps control blood sugar after meals in adults with normal blood sugar or prediabetes. Sixty participants will take either the supplement or a placebo daily for 90 days. Researchers will measure changes in blood sugar levels and safety.
