Glue injection may prevent deadly leaks after pancreatic surgery

Summary
This early-phase study tests whether injecting a medical glue into the pancreas during surgery can help prevent dangerous leaks. About 30 adults with pancreas or nearby cancers will receive the glue injection as part of their standard surgery. The goal is to see if this simple addition reduces complications and improves recovery.
