Summary
This study aims to create a more accurate way to predict duodenal cancer in people with familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP), a genetic condition that raises colon and duodenal cancer risk. Researchers will analyze endoscopy images from 300 participants to build and test two risk models. The goal is to improve upon the current Spigelman system, which does not predict advanced disease well.
