Summary
This study is testing an experimental oral drug called MKP10241 in adults with obesity, some of whom also have type 2 diabetes. The main goals are to see if the drug is safe, how it behaves in the body with and without food, and to look for early signs that it might help with weight and blood sugar. Participants will take the drug or a placebo for up to 28 days while being closely monitored.
