Summary
This study is testing a new oral drug called MKP10241 in adults with obesity, some of whom also have type 2 diabetes. The main goals are to see if the drug is safe, how the body processes it, and if eating food changes its effects. Researchers will compare the drug to a placebo (a dummy pill) in 68 participants over several weeks.
