Experimental drug joins fight against spreading colon cancer
NCT ID NCT07204574
Summary
This early-stage trial is testing whether adding an experimental drug called HCB101 to standard chemotherapy treatments can help control advanced colorectal cancer that has spread. The study will enroll 40 adults whose cancer has worsened despite previous treatment, focusing first on finding a safe dose and then seeing if the combination shrinks tumors. Participants will receive weekly infusions of HCB101 along with their regular chemotherapy until the cancer progresses or side effects become too severe.
