New hope for Tough-to-Treat colon cancer?

Summary
This early-stage trial is testing the safety and initial effectiveness of a new drug, HCB101, when added to standard chemotherapy for advanced colorectal cancer. It will involve about 40 adults whose cancer has worsened after first-line treatment. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the combination helps shrink tumors.
