Radioactive 'Warhead' drug enters human testing for tough cancers

Summary

This is a first-in-human study testing a new radioactive drug called [225Ac]-FPI-2068 in adults with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose, see how the drug travels in the body, and check for early signs that it might help control the cancer. The study will enroll about 70 people with cancers like colorectal, lung, head and neck, pancreatic, stomach, and kidney cancer.
