Summary

This is the first study in people for a new radioactive drug called [225Ac]-FPI-2068. It aims to find a safe dose and see how the drug travels in the body of 70 adults with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goal is to check safety and determine the best dose for future testing.
