Summary
This is an early-stage trial testing a new drug called RMC-5552 in adults whose glioblastoma, a fast-growing brain cancer, has returned. The main goals are to find the safest and most effective dose and to see how well the body handles the drug. Researchers will also check if the drug can shrink tumors and help patients live longer.
